Hi! I'm Laurie, an artist with a passion for nature and animals. When I'm not snuggled up at home with my cats and dog or in my home studio, you can find me out and about with a camera in hand to take photos to reference later for my artwork.

Several years ago I discovered the joy of birding, and birds have been a primary source of artistic inspiration ever since. There is just something about patiently watching them, and learning their behaviors and unique markings that has been so fulfilling. 

I've worked in many mediums over the years, but my favorites right now are charcoal and pastel. Though, if you check out the stickers, you'll notice some fun watercolor details! I also make patterns by adding digital details in Procreate, Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
